Yes I do know what gun grave is . And this here has nothing to do with it . Again .only thing is a bad edited gun sprite with washed out sounds .
I really don't want to offend you .I'm just wondering why you would release that ?
Then why are you surprised that there is only one gun? Gungrave only has one gun. I replicated the gameplay as closely as I could in first person. Riot dance, demolition shot, beat counter and all. Saying that this has nothing to do with Gungrave is just factually wrong.
So ..I gave it a good testing and the only really positive I can say about it is ,the gun sprite looks ok . Did you make that ?
But that's it . The file with 200kb raised a few red flags .And also it's not a Terry wad .It's basically a broken akimbo gun with rocketlauncher secondary fire .
No animation for said rocket launcher and those akimbo guns are either broken or I do something wrong . Shooting fast one after another causes the guns to glitch out .
If that's the full version I have to say "you should really consider adding at least 3 more guns and animations . Cause this is an add-on at best . Not a mod/partial conversion or similar .
I hope you don't take that as offense . I really hope you create something good with this . Cause gungrave is just absolutely badass .
Maybe ask the developer of the amazing DOOMHAND mod ..
Or the ETERNAL SLAYER one ?
Both made 3rd person doom mods with high definition models of doom slayer . Absolutely amazing . If you could use that technique and import the GG character ..

Would you please familiarize yourself with Gungrave first? There are no other guns. I really don´t know what you expect. This is Gungrave gameplay recreated. Any issue you have with this conceptwise you should have with the original game.
What exactly is that fast firing glitch?
As for the animations, I´m working on that. v1.0 will hopefully have everything ready. The problem is not the programming but that Gungrave assets are very sparse to come by.
I think gungrave has an upgrade system or some kind of variation ?
You're right . I haven't played it .but I've seen it .
I really wanna lay emphasis on the point that I don't want to offend you in any way . I LOVE free mods .
Heck my whole YouTube channel consists of nothing else .
I just wonder why some people would release mods like these here . With 2 guns and no way to spice up the gameplay , I doubt that whole thing is fun to play .
And again . Gungrave is 3rd person or ? Why not do a 3rd person version ? If you need assets .
There are free cam or noclip possibilities in almost any game . Check for gungrave . Then move to a bright texture and zoom in front of the eyes to get a 1rst person look . That will be highly complicated but it might work .
As for the model if you want to implement that check GMOD . Maybe someone made a model .
That's said , after all those extremely high quality mods coming out and seeing what's possible with gzdoom ,I am sure you can manage to create something really good .
