The Doom: Source project is a mod being created for the Source Engine (HL2) which aims to recreate the atmosphere of the original Doom game. Features will include but are not limited to: New enemy models New weapons New animations New HUD setup New title screen New sounds/music New maps (Including a few heavily based on the original Doom) Multiplayer maps
Figured someone might appreciate it. Just started on the pistol modeling today after brainstorming the model for a bit. I've decided to go after a Beretta 92F as the pistol for the Doomguy. This is barely even a model yet, and still has a lot of detailing, texturing, and animating to go. However, I reckoned that the watchers may enjoy something fresh for a quick view =)
Umm try not to post until you have something good to show. It's better to show something completed or near complete rather than a bunch of incomplete wips.

agreed i love 2d its alot easier to program to and i even like the games more lol =D but some 3d is good like overgrowth for example that an awesome game you should check it out
