my only grievance is that in the start levels there are way to many obstacles i.e to maneuver about when the waves come and sometimes the enemies get stuck to so it's easy to kill them... but good job! ;)
bifurcator, thank you so much for taking the time to listen to my bug reports, and offer that fantastic workaround. DSC is so much fun to play, and after your input helped me get past the Guncaster bug, I've been playing this pretty much nonstop. You and the Black Edition Team deserve a medal for this masterpiece!

Please solve the performance issues... That's the main shortcoming of DSC
Hah, using Guncaster it's actually possible to make it to the light at the end. I was kind of hoping there would be some special ending for making it there, but nope. Oh well!
So the Mod is dead? it's been almost two months since release and the DSC is still having the same main issues
Really enjoyed playing DSC, one of the best ever Doom mods to me! However, with GZDoom 3.6.0 this mod fails to load.

Can you please release a hotfix for this? It would be a shame that an update to the engine renders this great mod useless.

Turns out it was enough to remove line 90 of file StaticShaderControl.zsc where the cvar is being set if the parameter dpwh_chromaticAberration has a value other than 0. Zipped it again, renamed from ZIP to PK3 and voila, it's playtime again! \m/
