Vintarids operate on a level of reality where thoughts create new shapes, manifesting material forms into existence. Whatever they siphon and harvest from their enemies they use to project themselves into material beings. Those unfortunate enough will have their very soul taken from them, fused together with others in an endless agony of a metallic body, birthed by an Accretor.
