no, it relies heavily on gzdoom-exclusive features. i don't think it's possible to modify it for zandronum.
Why not just make it "lite" restrict them features and do them acs shenanigans. Even it means, removing double wield. Is okay if yuo don't.

I got this error while loading it with Hellscape Navigator "R_InstallSprite: Sprite HNAD frame E is missing rotations"

btw is that mean StG44 can't launch grenade, you know that StG44 have rifle grenade muzzle mount right.

the issue with the stg44 isn't with the rifle itself, but with its cartridge. according to what i've read, the 7.92 kurz was simply too weak to launch grenades.
let's just pretend we're using hotter loads in this mod.
