You can follow the examples in Rulesmod.ini to create your own inaccurate weapons.
You can use [#inclue] in main rulesmd and artmd to add this simple ini mod to any other mods.
BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AND WILL NOT HELP IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT.
