Weird question.... im a dutch mod developer for the game Arma 3. Im working on a map called ""Lowlands" it's a 20x20km Replica of Texel. I would love to use some of the vehicles in this mod.. can i port them over? youll get full credit of course

Too bad you missed the Steam winter-sale it was only like 10€ for ArmA2: Complete edition. This tactical shootergame is hard to compare to other FPS and Arma2 is much better then Arma3 so you should consider finding a copy and jump in the Armaverse..
And what about the framerate? could my windows 7 laptop handle it or should i save money for an actual PC?
