Seems good so far, though I've not played any previous versions.
doesnt work for me..i lauch it from mod manager, gets to start screen, then crashes to desktop.
any ideas?
hmmm..so, i noticed that not only the mod doesnt work, it also ruins the game :( i have the emperor edition. it worked fine, i launched and played campaign....then after installing and trying to lauch DEI with mod manager, now also the vanilla lancher crashes..i have to reinstall it..

I've been having some issues with corruption, is having over 100% corruption normal? Is there any way to reduce it besides certain techs?
I've heard that there might be promotions you can give governors and generals that reduce corruption but I can't find any documentation on this and I don't know which promotions accomplish this.
