Description

The mod makes the radar and stealth avatar Augmentations as well as the health regeneration delay Upgrade inactive by default.
If the player wants to play with the radar, the stealth avatar and health regeneration, then he has to spend praxis kits to enable them (just like with the normal augmentations).
