Persistent CTD going to Jupiter.

UNHANDLED EXCEPTION
I fixed the persistent crashes at transitions, for now at least. Switch distance changed from 2000 to 300 in alife, updates from 20 to 1, added line enable_offline_combat = false to axr options. The issue I was seeing in crash dumps was too many dropped items from offline combat child can not find parent and 2000 meters radius of ai trying to spawn all at the same time. Going to Jupiter the game was going BOOM even on DX8 potato. I am in Jupiter for the first time ever now. Anyone know how to change just Jupiter combat and spawns instead of the entire world environment?
Also all the crash logs I have looked at say around 8gb memory in use. I have fps and memory displayed while playing. It will crash while running smooth at 60fps and around 8gb showing. Is there a way to let it use 16gb?
