After completion of the SOL Knossos gate the GTVA sends a small recon fleet to investigate. Upon exiting subspace they realize nothing is familiar. With no way to return they begin to colonize. The native factions, TEC, Advent and Vasari take notice of the intrusion and some believe they should be removed. The GTVA was not prepared for this eventuality and sent older Great War era vessels, and in order to survive they must scramble to construct the more advanced vessels from home. However a old foe may be lurking in the shadows.

Update to the mod with a couple of changes. Primary objective of this patch is to make it compatible with the newer versions of SINs.

I downloaded it. I tried it and unfortunately I wasn't impressed. Half of the ships are vanilla. I saw the Shivans as a playable race and was happy, only to see that they were just Vasari.
It seems most of the focus is GTVA / NTF. The Ancients are simply a Vasari faction, but the Shivans seem to have a few model swaps and 2 ships are replaced. The Cain and the Lilith replace the Vasari light frigate (Ravastra) and heavy cruiser (Scarovas), respectively. Shivan ships replace the models of several ships, but have the same icons, weapons, etc as the original Vasari ships.
