I dream of a night-map where you start near a crashed vehicle with a pistol on a road ( so its like you survived from a car accident and you need to move forward and reach safety) leading into a huge graveyard (I mean, really HUGE) with lots of creepy gravestones and trees without leaves. There is fog and visibility is low. And there are couple of digged graves which have weapon pickup kits in them. And zombies start coming all around and you have to make your way through them. And when you finally come to the end of the graveyard, there are a couple of police cars or military vehicles which have their headlights turned on. And then you win.
Just my 2 cents. :) I might come up with some more maps, but later I think.

I think a Shopping Mall (Dawn Of The Dead) would be really good as a survival. If you make there be safety points where the Zombies can't touch you but you can't get supplies (Such as the attic, or something like that in the film). Something like that would be WHOOPASS

A small town, with buildings that you can go into to (or ones with ladders and patios), common weapons (i.e. hunting rifles, 9mm pistols, knifes (that you could hopefully throw and collect), hunting (cross)bows), then military weapons with limited ammo supply. And hopefully a health system kind of like CoD's (two hits (each take away half-health) to die (unless wearing armor), and the ability to regenerate health).
