[DC] Veteran Mod

This mod consists of a transformation of some of Dark Crusade characteristics by adding more techs, including the powerful Veteran tech, new units and abilities that make all races different from the ones in the original Dark Crusade. Some of the new features of this mod include aircraft abilities, like thunderhawks dropping bombs on the battlefield or valkyries bombing a target. This mod is still in the early phases of development, so stay tunned for updates.

The adaption of the original DoW Campaign to work in DC which is meant to be a generic addon like mod which can be combined and/or modified by other modders has now been released to the public.

This release will hopefully help me in getting some feedback to fix any bugs that might have been missed during my tests and possibly modify parts of the campaign depending on suggestions.

Simply Extract the archive in your Dark Crusade folder.

For those that may prefer to supress some of the modifications of the mission 3 (namely the dropped guardsmen at the civilian spawn points) apply this small patch after you have installed the mod:

The next step
After the the release of the DoW Campaign conversion for DC the next step will likely consist of a similar work for the Soulstorm version of this addon. The Soulstorm version should require only minor changes and so is likely to be ready faster than the DC version (especially because it reuses the fixes of the DC version).
In the mean time though I will be expecting bug reports and other similar feedback in order to make sure the DC version is adequately done.
