Dunno cuz selecting a APC is ***-crakingly difficult choice - except this model (a BTR-4) I have also a BTR-3, Praga AA Truck and even an idea of making the APC as a militarized bus (something very suitable for a side symbolizing EE).
I think you shouldn't select one(because they are all awesome) but use those three for different upgrades. The one that is most far away looks like anti-tank, the one in the middle looks like anti-infantry and the nearest looks like anti-air.
Don't wanna to transofrm a cannon fodder unit into a Juggernaut, but an idea, though :D
