Update 2.2 for CS: A Mix of 3 Eras file

Changelog:

1. Improved textures for cs_office.
2. Added a new viewmodel texture for the Deagle.
3. Added AI Upscaled viewmodel texture for the Mac10.
4. Fixed broken additional binds in the keyboard settings menu (buy Galil/Famas or M4A1/AK47 with a button).
5. Fixed missing headshot damage sounds.
6. Updated footstep sounds for ducts.
7. Redesigned the loading screen dialogs (based on CS:SO loading screen).
8. Improved SG552 reload sounds.

Note: Standalone release of 2.2 is delayed due to a potential bug with the smoke sprites (tried new sprites, removed them and an element of them appears to still be used for some reason)

Important: The 2.1 patch MUST be applied before installing this one!

KNOWN BUG: Bullet decals when shooting hostage room doors in cs_assault are broken. I have yet to find the cause for this so it will be fixed in the next update.

How to install:

1. Download the archive, open it, then simply drag the contents of the "update" folder into your mod folder, replacing the original files.
