Right now, there are people all over the world playing Counter-Strike: Source. Odds are, there are more people playing today than there were playing yesterday. It, like its predecessor, is quite simply a global phenomenon, originally created by and now sustained by the gaming community.

Counter-Strike: Source is a remake of Counter-Strike, and consequently retains all of its team-based objective-oriented first-person-shooter style gameplay. CS:S is a must-have for every action gamer.

RTX Remix

RTX Remix is a modding platform by NVIDIA, which allows modders to create stunning HD remasters of classic games (see all supported), with ray tracing and DLSS. Playing RTX mods requires a RT capable GPU. Learn more here.

Additional installation instructions:

put the latest rtx remix and dxvk files from the github into the bin folder of CSS
you also need std_shader 7 from Portal rtx. Paste that in the bin as well.

Open your library in steam and right click on CSS, open properties and copy this in the parameters:

Issues:

Discord.com
Shadows and Light Culling. The anti culling option in remix menu doesn't work
Hud disappears on intense moments, the hud is a very important in a game like this mainly due to the crosshair and Radar.
For some reason when you enable 3d skyboxes and enter a new room in a map, for a split second you will see whole of the 3d skybox, pretty distracting so would suggest to disable it
