Fixes the Tau XV89 Commander being available right away, because I'm a dumb-dumb. Remove the jump from the Eldar Autarch, as it's broken. Fix Ork Kommando Stikkbomm abilities not sharing a timer. Fix IG Ogryns being able to teleport when Inquisitor is attached.

When playing IG stronghold mission with SoB my game crashes to desktop when I win or if I try to exit the battle.

Does same thing with Orc stronghold playing as Salamanders. Plays fine on non-stronghold missions.
I'm fairly sure this issue can commonly happen when it tries to load the in-game cinematics with a mod. The stronghold missions are particularly intensive as well, due to their complexity and the new added stuff. The game also isn't particularly stable either with the single player campaign IIRC.
You could try running the game using the -nomovies command, or copy / create a symbolic link to the Movies folder from engine/movies to corncobmod/movies. You can also try using Large Address Aware (LAA) on Soulstorm.exe or use the DoW Mod Manager which has LAA built in.
You can also try making your CPU high affinity by running the following command using a shortcut:
