Contra is a freeware modification for Command and Conquer Generals: Zero Hour real-time strategy game and one of the first mods for this game. Description
Cepheus is a replacement for Cybernetic General's Heavy Fire Base. The two cannons are exchanged with one big cannon. There is a Spy Drone launcher on the other side of the turret. It automatically launches a Spy Drone at a nearby enemy. Cepheus can be garrisoned by 5 soldiers.

if you are going to replace the fire base could you add a bunker to the Cybernetic General as well
Cepheus can be garrisoned just like the Fire Base. A bunker is not needed as a separate building.

There were two cannons?
I could see only one cannon in vanilla version Fire Base.
The description states "Cybernetic General's Heavy Fire Base". Maybe you don't remember, but the Cybernetic Fire Base was different than the regular Fire Bases.
Fire bases and all similar ones can garrison soldiers but unlike bunker, they can be killed while garrisoned.
Are there same for Cepheus?
No. Cepheus is like Chinese Bunkers.

Would Cepheus and Cyclone have a laser pointer to an enemy when attacking?
All the blue in the render is just housecolor.

I played Airforce but there are no fire bases to build. Did you removed it on purpose?
Target Designator was replaced with Colossus because of balance.

Is Granger has only one defense (patriot missile) in rank one?
Available defense structures are:
Rank 1 - Patriot Missile
Rank 3 - Patriot Missile + Target Designator
Target Designator looks like a Fire Base, but designates targets for A10 strike.
Why it needs to launch a spy drone? Is Cepheus has limited sight range?
This Spy Drone is the same as the one for Air Force Comanche. It automatically picks a target for designation. As you know, units gain bonuses when firing at a designated unit. On top of that, designated units become uncloaked.

hey what about some super heavy units or super-duper heavy units, and can crush everything except civilian building
