Bit of an overreaction there I think...
The U.S. was chosen because it's undoubtedly the most prolific world superpower today, and is also one of the most immediately recognisable to players of other nationalities. China is a rising power in its own right, and its military encompasses plenty of interesting stuff that's completely new to CoH. Russia, although a potential candidate, has been pitted against the U.S. in so many movies, books and games already that China seemed preferable.
Rest assured that there won't be any favouritism directed towards the Americans... our team comes from a wide range of backgrounds and nationalities. In fact, IIRC we have more active Chinese developers than American developers (though I might be wrong).
Russia is always in the generic games, There the most recognizable video game enemy next to generic terrorists. Beyond that, Ak-47 is (ak-74m) seen everywere.
Why are the US always one of the sides in games like this? Perhaps it's because the US is a warmongering shithole that spends the equivalent of other nations' entire GDPs on warfare. They make the perfect antagonist in wargames, as they are by far one of the most violent nations in the world.
See? Much better way of looking at it.
um hold on a sec.....call the U.S. warmongering if you like but they are the only country in the world who gives a damn about anyone else in the world and actually has the guts to do something about it

I love it!
The model looks great but may I point out that 80% of Strykers that I have seen have their crew served weapon mounted on a CROW system (the remote turrets). I don't suppose you guys could add that as the base model vs the gunner or at the least as some sort of upgrade? That and I think (just my thought) it would look much sexier with a CROW system vs that gunner sitting up there and closer to the "standard" Skryker. And by standard I am not counting the ones with: 120mm mortars, the 105MM cannon, and the other 8 variants. Or at least add some armor around him / a chicken plate in front. Regardless of any changes, love the mod and can't wait till you guys release it!!!
It can upgraded with a PROTECTOR-mounted M2.
