I am aware there is apparently some new issues for users on Win 11 and/or with Origin (EA App) not getting the mod to run. This workaround should work for now. (you may need to run it as Admin) Simply extract to the 2nd C&C Generals Zero Hour game folder (or wherever the mod is installed to) and run it, follow the menu instructions, then run the game as you would normally thru the app. It can also be accessed via the start menu mod folder as the "repair utility". If Windows asks to replace files click "Yes To All". This file is only relevant if you are not using the GenLauncher version.

This add-on is irrelevant in your case as this does not apply to the GenLauncher version of the mod since GenLauncher resolves the issues on its own.
Must there be Two ZH folders and why?
Thats EA being EA. Nothing they do makes sense.
