This has links to the interrogation of the Scrin operative by GDI, the GDI research division assigned to this interrogation went mad for a reason. The Dragon lives even now, it is said it soars across the night sky. Waiting, for the right time.

Maybe its concept art/inspiration for something that we will see in-game at some point?
So dose this mean that we will see a return of tiberium mutated life in the skirmish maps like in Tiberium Sun and Firestorm?

im sorry i just dont think Dragons belong in any of the Tib games. The Tib games r Sci-fi and dragons belong in fantsy
It's the most scientific way in which Dragons would come to be.
Radiation + Living Tiberium catalyst + Significant gene pool = Dragons/Other Tiberium creatures.
the dragons could be a merge of tiberum + bird DNA + Reptilian DNA + tons of radiation + i don't know but can tiberium Save DNA of Creatures ? then may be + dino dna wich was a small rest in a bone = Dragon or other Tiberium reptile Monster/creature
