Combine Prelude is a mod based on Source Engine.
The mod is in its early stage and a couple of maps had been done. We have most of the concepts and completed background stories done. However, we're progressing pretty slow due to lack of ability to implement, especially in modeling our dream stuff into real stuff in digits. We staff mostly consist of players acquainted at social networks and we're doing this project just because we are fans of the game. So, as you may predict, nobody here is either skilled nor professional. So we want anyone who can help with modeling, and anyone could be you!
As for the mod itself, we haven't specified much information. The plot is like this -

Roughly speaking, the mod will contain two major scenes. One is on the earth and it should be of realistic style, which is as close to the reality as possible. The other is at the Combine Overworld, in which cyberpunk style should fit it well.

As much as I am loving the idea, the concepts behind it seem a little bit flawed. I'm certain I'm gonna get hate for pointing that out but at this point it's almost a given.
