Description
Big thanks to BFRHYS for the AK47 Rails and exporting :D
This model is for like new attachments like aimpoint scope or eotech or even different sights.
Yes, they are very basic rails, but they look quite nice with the Eotech on it. Wasn't expecting it to look this good with the sights.
still sunck into the gun, but good anyway!

PS Now we(Russian army)use Ak-103-105
im okay with that but russian team will be later ingame
Sorry but us Russians still use the Ak-74 but its now the ak-74M model because the ak-103 failed trials and the AN-94 is too expensive so only Spetsnaz use AN-94. (just saying since best friend is in Russian Army by Orenburg)
oh 7game..... it doesnt matter which side the rails are on:
(go to opsgear.com and then check out 5th gen AK Tactical Tri-Rail receiver)
you can change out the upper receiver for a new one that has a built in rail system on it so keep it because then technically its true how you have it!
Talibs(i dont know how this word translates to English) use Ak-47,SVD,RPG-7,AKSU but Ak-47 without scope))
And we will change AK-103-105 to AK-106,107 and AN-94"Абакан"soon

It is a good idea. But if you want rails on an AK like weapon system you have to either put them on the front area, like so:

Or on the side that goes over the top of the receiver cover:

The reasons for this is an AK weapon systems receiver top is just a thin piece of metal that acts as a dust cover over the bolt and it is not going to hold any type of sight/ optics system worth a damn. It can fall of easily and isn't part of the barrel group (it isn't attached it is loosely held in place with a spring) so it will never be accurate. see:

That is why any rail mounting systems on AK weapons are attached to the side or the front which are solid stable parts of the gun.
Great idea once again, just try again and make it right and every one will love it.
