You woke up in an apartment high-rise building. You don't remember anything, even your name. You have deep cuts all over your body... you are bleeding heavily. On the floor and walls is lot of blood, obviously, not only yours. You need to find something to sew up the wounds, and then try to understand why this nightmare is going on...

I know your not a map thief...but that does look strangely like cs_assault. Even if it is though I get it...you were just using the location for the trailer.

cs_assaut is priority of valve and stuff so you shoulnd't be using it without their agreement, special thanks or not. Just for you to know.

What about the crap load of machinima on youtube? I'm pretty sure most of them didn't need to get permission before using anything from valve.
I dont think that recording a video is quite the same as releasing a downloadable mod, but I doubt that you need "permission" to use CS_Assult.
Dude it's a MOD so it can have mostly maps its not a game or anything..

Agreed. What about SMOD? As long as you're not selling this, you should be fine.
Using Companys Files,Maps,Models Are allowed As long as a profit is not being made.(Unless they decide to sell it Eg, The ball)
So what about if it contains all the game's files? Where do you draw the line?
