Description
The Virginia company was using Union Flag as early as 1602 which was 105 years before the Union of Scotland and England. The flag itself was used by the Crown despite Parliament's rejection of Union during James I's reign.

I do not believe that this is correct. The vanilla Virginia Colonists flag from Empire: Total War is the flag that should be used here.
