Historical ruler in 1600.
Karl IX is king from 1604 but Elizabeth die in 1603 ...

When the campaign really begins ?
Karl IX was proclaimed king in the 1590's by the Ridkdag of the estates. The campaign begins in 1600.
The dates will be fixed in the final release.

I hope it sticks to the year of her death, I found it disturbing that William III is allowed to live beyond 1702 in vanilla ETW.
