they look so tiny though combpared to panthers and tigers
Panther and Tiger were 2 metres longer and more than half a metre wider than the T-34. It was small, but it could kick some. And with the T-34/85 upgrade it will get a new turret, which will make them look more massive.
That makes them more agile and quick, which was one of the major advantages the T-34s had against the german Panzers, which were far less mobile.
well still to be historically accurate not only were the german Panther and Tiger Better then the T-34 but they had much more experienced crews.

You are miracle doers.... How did you do it? but remember to balance it ingame, usually t-34 casualties rate was extremly high, and believe it or not, german tank losses were always lower.
Just a small problem I've noticed, your model of the T-34 is the 1941 model, and the gun you placed on the tank is from the 1943 model, not really a huge problem but looks a little weird imo
The T-34 is the 1943 model. The 1941 model had the curve ended turret and was without the wart-like mantlet.
Actually it's 1941 model with 76mm 1941 turret:

Look again dude... it has the bulbous mantlet meaning its the 1943 version. Honestly, go onto Google, search for a 1943 T-34 and compare them...
The T-34/87 is a universal upgrade.

Hey to be really honest with ya i think they should be really cheap to accommodate the mass production part, but in truth their health shoulda been way lower because t34 were incapable of standing toe to toe to tigers or panthers, and could barely withstand a entire divisions of panzers, but what they lacked in armor they made up for in fire power and speed so just to let you know, edit their stats a bit and i think you got your self the soviet union

is this mod going to use realistic damage and penetration values for units or more like the values in the stock game? because if it isn't using realistic values, you guys must have fiddled around quite a lot to find appropriate values for the russian units to keep the sides balanced. either way i'm trying out the mod.
It's going to act like an expansion, so we haven't touched the Wher and PE values at all. Instead, the Soviet faction will be balanced to perfection.
I beg for you to put in stalins might tank please! sure its was late in the war but it will be like the pershing but better.
IS-2 and ISU-152 will be in the mod.
What about the KVS1 and SU-76? Or the T-60?
SU-76 is there, we put in the T-70 instead of the T-60 since we can use the base for the T-90 and the KV-1 was dropped since the stats are far too similar to the T-34, but there are a lot less of them.

The Soviets built 2 of the things. Unfortunately, both got destroyed before they ever saw combat. First one accidently fired into the middle turret and the resulting explosion destroyed the entire vehicle. Second one was crossing a valley and snapped in half.
Engineers complained about the turning circle, said it was impractical. Stalin replied "It doesn't need to turn! It will drive straight to Berlin!"
I lie, they actually built 3.
The last one managed to kill stuff, but during a ground assault it conincidently fired all its guns at the same time in the same direction and tipped over. The jolt of the fall caused all the ammunition stores to detonate >.<

When can we expect this great mod? :P I know you guys do not have a deadline and I certainly do not want to push you... but I'm really looking forward to play this one.
There's no release date right now, simply because we don't have one. The development process is long and could be littered with problems and breakthroughs. If we made a breakthrough tomorrow, like figuring out how to get crews onto custom weapons, It would set back development a few months as we pile in the new crewed weapons. As such, no release date will be out until we have a solid Beta going.
