Is there any way to change the blue decaling on the emplaced AT gun to red? The blue currently clashes a bit with all the other flags and such.

Red does look nice on vehicles and buildings, but at the end of the day, you want to know which player owns what at a quick glance.
what types of the T-34 will be avaible? t34/85? T34/76?
T-34 and a T-34/85 upgrade.
T-34/76 is standart and the /85 is the upgrade?
Yes. When you upgrade to the 85mm it replaces none of the T34/76's on the field, instead, it replaces the T34/76 in the Tank Hall with T34/85's... so each subsequent T-34 you build after the upgrade is researched is an 85mm variant, and not a 76mm variant.

Buildings are probably the most difficult to make for this game, so to speed up the development process the Soviet base is simply a reskin. For now at least.
no, the KV-1 didn't have either a mounted machine gun on the top of the turret. Only the IS-2. do more resreach :/

Custom buildings in CoH are something that haven't been achieved yet, only reskins. Well, we can make custom buildings, but they'd be static without damage, physics etc.
the arty piece looks like the 25 pounder...hope that isint your final pick for its design
