Hello again Doomers. This new update brings some exciting new stuff that might extend he modding capabilities of the Classic Doom inside Doom 3 BFG.
From now on if you like your music on Classic Doom to sound more "Hellish" than usual you can enable the brand new "MUSIC REVERB" option which is working regardless of the music file the game is playing. Also from now on Doom 3's game.dll will be able to use Classic Doom's Globals object (pretty much it's memory) and allow you to make your own source code changes that will affect Classic Doom.
Classic Doom's ActMap script is now able to execute Doom 3's console commands, these commands are executed based on the sector tag the player is in. Also now you can change Classic Doom's music from the console.
P.S.: I also updated Classic Doom 3 mod in order to work with the new game.dll
