Okay so I'm playing as Arnor (Arthedain from Kin Strife scenario) my character is a heir of Isildur and has Dunedain culture.

I noticed that whenever I conquer a land, then create a "duchy", hire a soldier from the employment menu, and making him lord his culture shifts after a short while from Dunedain to Common gondorian, they are not even same group culture as Dunedain is Numenorean and Common gondorian is "Uomini di mezzo" (I don't know how to translate this in english, sorry).

It doesnt happen with random hirings, every single one of them shift to that culture, even my own son! I tested changing culture back again to dunedain by using the console command but it still shifts back.

Is this a bug, a rule that I'm missing somehow, or something in between?

EDIT: A possible solution is to use console command to add blood of numenor trait on them, they seem to stay as Dunedain with that. Although it doesn't feel fair.
