New Year Post news - City-52: induction mod for Half-Life 2: Episode Two

В этой небольшой статье мы хотим представить вам несколько свежих моделей, а также геймплейное видео, демонстрирующее первые несколько карт главы «Метро».

Глава «Метро» будет связующем звеном между бункером, куда попадает главный герой Леонид во время своего побега от сил Альянса, и парком.
Продвигаясь по метро, игроку предстоит узнать историю City-52 и его научно-исследовательского комплекса, а также встретится лицом к лицу с расколовшимися остатками армии, которые всё ещё продолжают свою борьбу с захватчиками и предателями.
А теперь немого о моделях. В одном из предыдущих постов мы упомянули о Красных Беретах. Если рассказывать без подробностей, то это своего рода спецназ, воюющий на стороне Лоялистов (одна из партизанских группировок). Совсем недавно мы закончили работу над моделями, и сейчас хотели бы их продемонстрировать.




На первом скриншоте изображён сержант – командир отряда, на втором – одна из вариаций штурмовика.

Hello everyone!

In this short article we would like to introduce you to some fresh models, as well as a gameplay video showing off the first few maps of the Metro chapter.



The Metro chapter will be a link between the bunker where protagonist Leonid goes during his escape from Combine forces and the park.
As the player makes his way through the metro, the player will learn the history of City-52 and its research complex, and come face-to-face with the splintered remnants of the army who still continue their fight against invaders and traitors.
And now a little bit about the models. In one of the previous articles we mentioned the Red Berets. If to tell without details, it is a kind of special forces fighting on the side of Loyalists (one of the partisans groups). We have recently finished the models, and now we would like to show them off.




The first screenshot shows a sergeant - squad leader, the second one shows one of the stormtrooper variations.
