After a big pause, development continues. At spring was closed demonstration of the project. The presentation you can check out here after download:

There are no videos from presentation, so this slides you should think of yourself. Also, there was a closed beta test at spring-summer with fixes which testers found at test build of project Choice of Destiny.
At all, next plains are to Open Beta Test, there is no deadline currently to release public build.
