Aayla Secura was killed on Felucia, Shaak Ti was killed by Vader during the attack on the Jedi Temple.
In the story of Star Wars Force Unleashed (legend), Shaak Ti escaped to Felucia after Order 66 and I think this mod is going to be more legend-based rather than canon-based.

True, but by that time the empire's soldiers were no longer using the phase 2 clone armour. Moreover, Galen Marek defeated her alone.
2 options I can quickly think of:
-the Shaak Ti heroe is a place holder and will be changed to Aayla Secura when 2.0 is released.
Or
-As AzuryYan suggested the developers go with the "TFU way" as it was never explained in both TFUs how she would arrive at Felucia. The devs may have logically thought that she was on Felucia during Order 66.
Or Fox can add Bariss Offee she was on felucia as well.
