Description
Developed at the Airpad, the Hip can be used to
transport four infantry units and some vehicles
(limit of one vehicle). The Hip can also be
upgraded to carry 36 air to surface missiles with
a rocket pod add on. Fast, and capable of three
fire modes - Burst, Normal Burst and Barrage - the
Hip can be used to saturate an area.
Excellent as always. Can't wait to order a ton of these to shove tons of missiles and rockets up the enemies ***.
Ohhhh man. I think General Deathstrike is going to be my favorite General with all his Cold War era goodness

The Mi-8 HiP is a transport helicopter that can pull double-duty as a gunship. It's moderately well-armored, and is effective against ground units, though it can deal with structures as well.
The HiP can fire in 3 seperate firing modes - it can fire 2 rockets every 2 seconds, 6 rockets every 6 seconds, or 36 rockets every 30 seconds. Using these each requires a bit of care - the longer barrages deal far more damage, but the reloading times become increasingly harsh - and the HiP is little more than a spectator when its ammo is reloading.

GLA is now becomeing in the modern warfare... guz the GLA at first dont always use planes...they really want the war is close to close ( or in tagalog harp harapan!!)
why not produce the mi-24 "hind" or the longbow apache?

this unit (if upgraded with rockets) could be very strong, why just upgrade the rocket from the airfield. my English is bad right?
Just like how you have to give Ironside Apaches, you should also give Deathstrike Hind-E choppers just incase the HiPs are not helping him enough.

It'd be nice if Deathstrike had Mi-24s. While I enjoy having that air support for GLA I would like a more dedicated gunship.

can you guys of SWR give the MI-10 to china and the MI-6 and MI-24A(it isnt the hind) to GLA.
MI-10(china): with 12 seats and able to carry suplies, 12 infantry or .
4 veicles, fit 2 overlords, 1 Nuke Cannon, that would be nice!
MI-6(GLA): carry suplies, or 12 soldiers, 4 veicles or 1 scud launcher(carry also the Topol M from gen jhuzis), also make it able to have rocket pods, i read that in the vietnam war the NVA used some of those with rocket pods.
MI-24A: the previous version of the Hind(it isn't the hind), it is a gunship like the hind, it is old and perfect for GLA to use it, it have a machine gun in the nose, rocket pods and 4 IGLA pods, imagine a gunship like that for GLA, it would be nice!

Mi-8 is a transport helicopter. When you add rocket pods to Mi-8 It becomes Mi-17.
