A-mod-of-a-mod. Requires C&C Shockwave to be installed prior. For those of us that enjoy Shockwave, this is something entirely less serious. The goal of this mod is to make the game so unbalanced that it comes full circle and is balanced again.

It's that time again, and there is a lot to cover.

Important:

Rebalanced the supply collection rates for all factions to even out some discrepancies. The following numbers assume optimal number of harvesters over a 60 second period of supply collection.

  • USA Chinooks: $3,000
  • Armor General Supply Trucks: $2,700
  • Chinese Supply Trucks: $2,400
  • Leang Supply Helicopters: $2,700
  • Tank General War Miners: $3,000 (after about 67 seconds)
  • GLA Workers: $2,625


All USA Factions:

  • SEAL's now announce themselves to everyone upon creation, just like RA2
  • Decreased the size of the Command Truck Airstrike by one plane (all command trucks)
  • Added a new taunt laugh to USA Rangers (if applicable)
  • Greatly increased the exp required for SEAL's to gain veterancy
  • Restricted the Battle Dozer to USA Vanilla only
  • New upgrade for Patriot Batteries!
  • Generation 2 Patriot Missiles are here
  • Upgrade grants +15% damage
  • Upgrade allows missiles to track infantry
  • Upgrade adds +33% rate of fire

USA Vanilla:

  • Nerfed USA Vanilla Humvee. Holds up to 5 infantry again. Comes with 2 MD's. Deal with it. Price $1,000
  • You are getting a Missile Defender for free, basically
  • Crusader Tank health decreased, from 550 to 500 (VZH Crusader has 480)
  • Paladin Tank health decreased, from 700 to 610 (VZH Paladin has 500)
  • Enum confliction with the Super Spectre Gunship should be fixed
  • Marine fear voices are fixed and will no longer be played in the UI

USA Laser General

  • Mega Mechs can no longer be repaired

Super Train General:

  • Advanced Humvees price increased, from $750 to $850
  • Robot Tank build time increased, from 9 to 12 seconds
  • EMP Firebase price increased, from $1,200 to $1,400
  • Reworked Omega Aurora bomb. Inner damage radius decreased, from 130 to 100
  • Secondary damage radius increased, to keep the original size of the overall explosion
  • Omega Aurora bomb damage decrease, from 3,000 to 2,250
  • Other Plasma Bombs (from generals powers & Super Train Burton charges) still deal 3,000 damage (they're harder to use)

USA Armor General:

  • Reworked Armor Ranger fire rate. They shoot a bit faster, but deal less damage
  • Armor Ranger fire sound changed to M240B from MW2
  • Greatly increased the exp required for Field Guns to gain veterancy
  • Slightly decreased the secondary damage radius of Field Guns. Very small. Units gain damage radius buffs upon veterancy anyways (if applicable)


Chinese Factions:

  • Radiation Suits for Chinese infantry now take 5% from Radiation, instead of 0%, for balance reasons (if applicable)

China Tank General:

  • Slightly reduced the rate of fire of autoloading Battlemasters
  • Conscript machine gun range is now equal to their stealth detection range of 150
  • Reaper tanks are part of the 'tanks inside tanks' feature again
  • Fixed Tank General Command Tank target derping when you haven't switched weapons yet

China Infantry General:

  • Conscript machine gun range is now equal to their stealth detection range of 150'
  • Fixed Berzerk missile explosions. They are now more meaty, literally
  • Added Radiation Suits to Infantry General. Available from the Propaganda Center
  • Moved Sharpshooter to Barracks
  • Decreased the number of Siege Soldiers in the Mortar Squad
  • New unit! Added the Hind as a large support helicopter
  • Slightly reworked from the Russian standard, but still very effective
  • Hind comes with a squad of infantry
  • New unit! The Mad Missile Man!
  • Mad Missile Men launch barrages of inaccurate missiles at long range
  • They are great against heavy air units like Kirov's and Airships
  • They are good against structures, and stationary vehicles
  • They are terrible against infantry, and deal next to no damage to them
  • Removed Infantry Squads from Infantry General's barracks
  • New unit! Spotting Infantry!
  • Spotters are cheap, mobile infantry built from the barracks
  • They are stealth when not moving or taking damage
  • They spot a target, allowing you and your allies to fire 50% faster on that target
  • He can also spot stealth units around his targeted unit

China Special Weapons General:

  • Greatly increased the exp required for the Silkworm artillery to gain veterancy
  • Increased the exp required for Kobra Howitzers to gain veterancy


All GLA Factions:

  • Flak Troopers are more accurate against infantry
  • Flak Trooper ground weapon damage increased, from 70 to 80
  • Flak Trooper range increased from 175 to 185

GLA Vanilla:

  • Ballooooon price increased to $2,500. Build time increased by 1

GLA Demo General:

  • Demo Bike health decreased, from 100 to 80
  • Demo Bikes should no longer create 2 Advanced Demo Traps after detonating. Only 1
  • Demo Bike speed decreased to something that you can actually hit

GLA Sneaky General:

  • Stealth Tunnel Networks no longer give a Hijacker and a Saboteur

DOCTOR THRAX:

  • Mega Rocket Buggy removed. DELETED. DESTROYED
  • Mega Rocket Buggy has been replaced with the Nurgle Launcher
  • Model butchered by M.P.
  • Nurgle Launcher requires a SCUD Storm to be constructed
  • It launches toxin or acidic missiles over long range, which cannot be intercepted
  • Comes with a machine gun that automatically fires at nearby enemies
  • Yes, this is 40k now
  • New unit! Sort of! The Gastrack!
  • Virus Tank has been reskinned into the Gastrack
  • Gastrack can gain armor from salvage. Armor has been reduced for this purpose
  • Scrap level 2 on the Gastrack is the original Virus Tank super anti-infantry armor
  • Changed the Virus Wall ability into a switch weapon with slightly better targeting
  • Added a third weapon to the Gastrack for mid-range anti-infantry purposes
  • Decreased the damage of the Virus Wall. It is now a 'low damage, large AOE' weapon
  • Model butchered by M.P.

Misc:

  • Tracer FX slowed down a bit to fix the occasional 'through the target' moment
  • Fixed an issue where Anthrax/Radiation clouds blocked building sites
  • Reworked existing airplane armors so they take the proper amount from American and Chinese heavy anti-air structures. Includes GLA Balloon armor
  • Added SALVAGER KindOf to Virus Wall segments from the Gastrack [Virus Tank], so you can gain scrap.
  • Fixed an issue where Chinese Radiation Suits would cause demo-trap-ignored units to trigger demo traps by mistake
