A-mod-of-a-mod. Requires C&C Shockwave to be installed prior. For those of us that enjoy Shockwave, this is something entirely less serious. The goal of this mod is to make the game so unbalanced that it comes full circle and is balanced again.

Let's celebrate America day with a brand new update that doesn't actually feature that many American faction changes.

Important Changes:

  • Added gas cloud effects for large scale anthrax and nuclear weapons
  • Effects: Scud Storms, Anthrax Bombs, Nuclear Missiles, Baikonour Missiles, Mega Buggies, Toxin/Nuclear Bunkers
  • Increased the damage of these large scale weapons
  • Green Anthrax cloud damage increased, from 30 to 45
  • Blue Anthrax cloud damage increased, from 40 to 60
  • Gamma Anthrax cloud damage increased, from 50 to 75
  • Nuclear Missile radiation damage increased, from 30 to 70
  • Nuclear Missile radiation now damages aircraft that fly within the fallout zone
  • Anthrax clouds will now be pushed by wind, moving from their original deployment spot
  • Each Scud Storm missile creates a small Anthrax cloud, which wanders around its detonation spot
  • Updated Scud Storm and nuclear missile button ToolTip to show the new features

General Changes:

  • Helicopters that hit the ground upon dying will deal heavy damage to any infantry caught underneath. Beware
  • Kirovs deal damage to anything nearby when they land on the ground

American Factions:

  • Chrono Soldiers no longer use power when firing their weapon. It was a bit wonky sometimes
  • Attempted to fix Chinook supply collection rate with animation speed
  • All Chinooks now bring in $1,200 per transaction
  • Chinook collection rate increased so the net doesn't do strange visual things like 'I pick things up and put them down'

America Humvee General:

  • Crusaders have tracks again. Speed unaffected
  • SUPER SPECTRE GUNSHIP FOR AMERICA
  • Removed marginally useless F18 Hornet Strike
  • Added Super Hercules, available at Rank 7
  • Deploys a big and slow gunship to a large target area for 45 seconds
  • It's extremely bullet resistant, but is 'weak' to missiles (40% armor from infantry missiles)
  • Gets 2 sets of flares, each with 50% evasion rate after Countermeasures upgrade

USA Airforce, Laser and Superweapon:

  • Added Air Control Center for all USA Factions except Vanilla and Armor
  • It does nothing
  • Air Control can be upgraded to allow your USA Faction to deploy the Turbo Mega Spectre
  • Requires Rank 7 to construct
  • Allows these factions to deploy the Super Hercules, but in a slower and more expensive manner

USA Super Train General:

  • Fixed Alpha Humvee particle effects on snow maps

China Vanilla:

  • Landmines created from dying Chinese units now self destruct after 60 seconds
  • This is to help performance, as the landmine light fx adds to the particle cap
  • Changed the reload of MiG ECM Smoke. From 80 to 90ms (applies to all Chinese air units with this)
  • Covert Officer ClusterMines should now properly explode after their time limit (all Officers)

China Tank General:

  • Added unique voices for Tank General's War Miner. Equal share for everyone
  • Doubled War Miner machine gun damage, from terrible to bad (4 to 8)
  • War Miners are 30% heavier

Chinese Nuclear Missiles:

  • Normal Nuclear Missile radius increased
  • Inner blast radius increased, from 120 to 140
  • Outer blast radius increased, from 230 to 250
  • Finally got around to scaling the Mega Nuclear Missile radiation field
  • Mega Nuclear Missile now deals all ticks of damage (10), like normal Nukes
  • Mega Nuclear Missile damage per tick reduced, from 750 to 450
  • Refined damage amount and radii on the Mega Nuke explosion
  • Things take 450 damage per tick within 250 units of the epicenter
  • Things outside this zone, and out to 410 units will take 250 damage per tick
  • Nuclear Convoy Truck now appears on the radar as intended

GLA Factions:

  • Mortar Marauder build time reduced, from 30 to 22
  • Scimitar build time reduced, from 30 to 18
  • King Cobra build time reduced, from 20 to 16
  • Fixed ToolTip saying GLA Airships are buildable at Rank 5. It's actually Rank 7 with the reworked system

Dr. Thrax:

  • Chemical Mortar hotkey changed to A to fix conflictions
  • Fixed Chemical Mortars; They are now SALVAGER
