A-mod-of-a-mod. Requires C&C Shockwave to be installed prior. For those of us that enjoy Shockwave, this is something entirely less serious. The goal of this mod is to make the game so unbalanced that it comes full circle and is balanced again.

Welcome back to the changelog. Here's what's changed/ruined:


USA Factions:

  • Heavy Anti-Air now shows up on the mini-map
  • Heavy Anti-Air damage increased by 1 (for a total of 24 extra damage per clip)
  • Added a Battle Dozer to every USA War Factory
  • There's a mission using the Battle Dozer in the Addons section; You should try it

Chinese Factions:

  • Chinese jets from the airfield now have an ECM Countermeasure
  • MiGs and (EMP/Nuke) Bombers will automatically deploy smoke when a missile is nearby
  • The smoke will usually jam the missile and protect the aircraft
  • Least effective when flying directly over missile-armed infantry
  • Landmines now use their default Zero Hour 'blinking lights' effect; Should mildly improve performance when playing

Nuke General:

  • Added a new unit!
  • GATTLING NUKE CANNON OF DOOM!
  • Requires a promotion at Rank 5
  • It fires tons of nukes
  • Decreased the price of the Nuke Site to $1,300
  • Certain meta units no longer explode when the transport they are inside of dies

Special Weapons General:

  • Added an Advanced War Factory
  • Model is from Beng's Laser Demo Nuke mod; A classic
  • Advanced War factory comes with 2 new artillery units
  • Immolator Artillery; Model by Creator
  • It's like an Inferno Cannon, but with more guns
  • Silkworm Launcher; From Beng's mod above
  • Silkworm deals bonus damage to structures and can hold 5 infantry for close range defense
  • Global Radar Jammer promotion now functions as intended, and moved to Rank 3
  • Promotion allows you to build the Radar Jamming Headquarters
  • It will shroud the entire map for your opponents (multiplayer); The AI doesn't care, however
  • Replaced landmines with Grinder Landmines for all Leang structures
  • Grinder Landmines deal more damage, have more radius, but are limited to 1 explosion
  • Grinder Landmines regenerate faster than normal landmines

GLA Factions:

  • All GLA base defense units can gain veterancy now
  • This includes Stinger soldiers, Machine Gunners and more
  • These units do not give experience to your enemy when killed (as usual)
  • All GLA ground vehicles now have a chance to create a vehicle crew member upon death
  • Creation chances are based on the veterancy of the unit
  • 10% chance at Vet 0
  • 20% chance at Vet 1
  • 33% chance at Vet 2
  • 50% chance at Vet 3

Dr. Thrax:

  • Chemical Mortars moved to the Barracks; Price slightly increased
  • New base defense: Chemical Mortar; Requires Chemical Bunker

GLA Demo:

  • Removed the explosion resistant armor from the Scud Storm, as it was too hard to kill with anything prior

Stealth General:

  • T-26 and Virus Tank benefit from the Vehicle Training promotion

Misc:

  • Cracks made by the Temple of Gaia can now be built over

Challenge Mode Updates:

  • Dr. Thrax has new units, new buildings and slightly different attack waves
  • Leang's map has been revised slightly; Hopefully with better performance
  • Demo General has new attacks, units and a superweapon
  • Laser General has new defenses
  • Tao's map has been reworked slightly; Attack waves lightened
  • Super Train General attacks slightly faster
