The Arroyotar.
A special ability unlocked by creating a Temple of Nod and also having 10,000 Credits to spend.
Ready time for the special ability is 30 minutes.
Weapons are two gigantic Obelisk beams fired from the ridiculously large shoulders. It loves destroy mammoth tanks buy crushing it in its hands.
It has two modes. Crush everything and Laser Everything.
When the special power is selected it will allow you to choose the target location for it's deployment. When deployed you see a frigging huge Balikbayan Box (Google it) start coming out of the ground. During this stage of deployment it is most easily destroyed. Not for the fact that it is lower health, but for the fact it cannot fire upon you. After one minute of deployment it the box will explode to reveal the Arroyotar.
The Arroyotar is taller and wider than every building in the game. It will be able to walk on water like Jesus. And destroy anything it walks upon even tiberium. It is powered by a tiberum core located in it's face. Which means not even the sonic emitters could destroy it easily. Because of it's tiberium core it requires 20 drones to harvest tiberium for it.
The weak spot is its 20 drones. Destroying these drones will leave the Arroyotar unable to move. Which makes it no longer a threat.
The Story Behind it:
The Arroyotar was developed by an underground revolutionist group in The Philippines.
In 2025 The Philippines was going through a really tough time. Tiberium was destroying entire islands. Dr. Ignacio, Dr. Mobius's cousin through marriage, discovered a way to stop tiberium growth through sonic emission far before any other nation ever did.
Ex-president of The Philippines, Gloria Arroyo, knew that this technology would force the country into complete chaos if the emission technology ever became publicly known. At the time Nod was beginning capture the Philippine Islands. For these reasons Ex-president Arroyo stole a stealth generator from Nod and used it to completely stealth the island of Negros. This is how the infamous Filipino Blue Zone came into existence.
Using the emission technologies, Negros never had a tiberium problem. Their economy was self-sufficient. They had but only one tiberium farm which was always kept under control. Some would say that it was even better than GDI's current tiberium containment technologies. For the next two decades they would constantly prepare. Prepare for the one day they would retake the Philippines from Nod control. There answer to Nod's control of the Philippines was the Arroyotar. After successfully kidnapping Nod scientists they were able to develop a vehicle which could turn the tides of war.
Commander this is were you came in. During the Nod assault on the Scrin homeworld you were sent to the Philippines to command mining operations there. Here was where you first met the Arroyotar. And when the entire world learned of the existence of a Blue Zone in south east Asia, which many people thought to be impossible. This is where you were captured by the Filipinos. Luckily, due to your Filipino decent, you were spared.
While you were being held the Filipinos sent an undercover operative of these to destroy the visitor's tower which Kane and most of nod went through to conquer the Scrin homeworld. According to the by laws of Nod you were to be the one chosen to lead in the next absence of Kane, if it were to occur of course. Strangely the "if" part of that by law was never really written in, I still wonder why... hm..
Anyway after the Filipinos learned of this they asked you to lead Nod, but only after one condition: letting the Filipinos reclaim the Islands taken away from them many decades ago. You accepted remembering the stories your parents told you about the good old days when they themselves used to live in the Philippines before moving to America to become a nurse and an engineer. Soon after letting the Philippines once again have independence you have been granted to use of their Arroyotar.
