The gist of it is the ReShade version I used is too outdated for your graphics cards like (RTX40*0) and driver. You MUST install newer version of ReShade which can be found here: Reshade.me
This comes with a bit of a consequence of some shaders may not be working properly especially Euda's SSDO which is pretty old. I don't know how to fix this issue at the moment but upgrading your ReShade will get rid of such error, preventing you from launching the mod:
