PLA ZSL-10 'Troop Crawler' Armoured Personnel Carrier is the PLAGF's answer to the advanced US Stryker. Retiring the old WZ-552, Type-08 vehicle is more mobile and highly customisable for various missions, allowing for optimal infantry support.
ZSL-10 comes equipped with fully packed smoke grenade dischargers allowing it to mask friendly infantry or vehicle to ensure a success assault on the enemy or retreat without casuality.
Mounting the ZTZ-88A with an optional armour-plated QJC-88 HMG gunner increases its effectiveness against enemy infantry, vehicle, attack helicopter and low-flying aircraft while also increasing the line of sight.
