Description
Explanation: Some meshes are made by Anus-Panda. Some are as you as know, moddingrocks's CCU. Available only for Kassad aka Stealth General.
It serves in role as heavy artillery support like Scud Launcher, only its firing power is lesser but far more missiles to spare. Its missiles when explode, leaving small fire field to do extra damage against most units. In total, more chance to hit several targets in larger area, longer firing range and less dangerous when exploded.
Or in shorter term, nearly as same as PLA Typhoon Launcher.
