Why not name Improved Armor Piercing Rocket to HEAT Tandem/Tandem-charge Rockets?
iirc the warheads themselves are already HEAT post-WW2 and tandem charges are very specifically used against reactive armour. I was thinking of saving it for later if I ever implement that sort of mechanics.
