Well ... sry but ... they are both ugly :(
screenshots aren't really the best way to show texture changes, especially if your using bloom...
I can't really comment on the skins since I can't seem to see the difference between the two, except maybe the "New" screenshot has more light. But that's probably not the point of the comparison.
Regrettably, however, I think I'd have to agree with Asunai about the look of the tanks. I'm not quite a fan of the models, I think I prefer the more rounded design of the Battlemaster. Also, the turret looks a bit too big for the... base? Chassis? No idea what it's called.
And why is there a Chinese light tank anyway? Is this the replacement for the Battlemaster or a new unit for China? If it's the latter, I think the unit would be redundant... Right, sorry for the long criticism post, but that's sort of my thing. :/ Hopefully, it does more good than harm.

I don't really like that model in-game...
From what I can tell, I think the newer texture is a brighter green, and the edges look a little more roughed up. I honestly prefer it a bit darker, to be honest. It's definitely not bad or anything, though. Good job, Vector.
Yes, what I've done is for it to matches the other China tanks texture.
