Powerful mobile climatic installation. Creates the climatic weather phenomena (a lightning of a storm of earthquake). Attacks land types of the purposes. It is capable to paralyse aircraft work.

I think what we have here is a series of pictures showing the unit's firing sequence. This is prepping to fire, the next looks like having just started to fire, and the third shinny/ colorful one is showing the full force of its "Ha, YOU'RE DEAD!" weapon having been fired.
