This mod is for all the players frustrated with the cartoony nature of Zero Hour units and buildings. We intend to replace every fanciful unit in Zero Hour with its closest possible real world equivalent, without changing the unit's capabilities.

Hey Guys! It's Keksz here. I made up some changes on the visual appearance of VRM because the old style lacked recall value and just looked dated and didn't even have it's own style.
So I came up with this. It is still just a concept and might get changed but I would like to hear YOUR opinion about it.

I like me some dirty edges.
Hm add a roughen edges rusty color effect, not sure if it's possible in photoshop thou, i use Adobe After Effects, even for photoshopping :3.
Anyway, if you want to i can try and see if it works for you :)!
You mean on the font or on the edges of the image?
Thanks but I can do all effects by myself...with photoshop :D
Well i personally don't like plain texts, what you also could do is adding a photocopy effect to the text, that will make it look like it has some depth :).
Or copying the text and adding a hirozontal blur to the text which is behind :)!
However the concept is nice, hehe :P!

Nah the edges are fine, there already is some subtle "grunge" feeling at it :). The only thing i should do is adding a "soft ramp" to the white space, since there is no texture and that's kinda boring, oh and like i've mentioned before maybe something with the text :D!
I like it :P But there could be more in the Background
