Some bug-fixes and some overhauls to some units. This version, im pretty proud of so far.

THERE IS NO SKIRMISH AI FOR THIS NEW FACTION, SO DON'T CHOOSE THEM IN SKIRMISH THINKING THEY'LL WORK!!!
This mod was mostly meant for PVE, but PVP could be possible with this mod. It may not be recommended, but I would love to see some gameplay footage on it.
DISCLAIMER: before you go whining to me that the Ivory Specters faction is too OP, thats kinda their purpose tbh. As this game is mostly PVE focused. Game balancing isn't my strong suit, and this mod was for my personal use ONLY to make the game more fun for me, but i felt generous and decided to give it out to the public to see what they think about it. You're free to decompile the mod and make balance changes as you see fit.
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
Extract the Data, Maps, ControlBarPro BIG files, and Art folders into your main C&C Generals Zero Hour Directory, as well as the Install_Final.bmp.
Oh and don't forget to back up those folders and Install_Final.bmp you're about to replace too as precaution due to the mod files not being big files yet. There is no launcher for this mod as well since i have no idea how to make one for it.
WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH THE IVORY SPECTERS???
ALL Generals Challenge maps are compatible with the Ivory Specters. Plus the maps have been altered too to make playing on them more fun on harder difficulties. You may find some hidden eastereggs and secrets within the somewhat revamped GC maps, a time-travelling nuclear companion will sometimes lend you his aid in the battles!
I decided to leave the vanilla zero hour campaigns intact and still playable, nothing much needs to be changed there unless i want to make those maps prettier, fix up some issues, add easterggs, or give them some more civilian stuff.
Someday in the future, i'll make an official campaign map pack for this mod to supplement that as i've tried numerous times and failed to do that via through the menu and replacing and editing maps, so i'll make it being in the skirmish menu as maps you can add to your game.
Anyway there could be some easter-eggs here and there in some voice lines i took from other games that sounded perfect for an RTS unit, as well as guest appearances of my own shitty voice for some voices of units, a major one being the Ivory Specter "Hero Unit", Doug White. (Should change his voice sometime... sounds cringe.)
Changes with this version:
- I've edited the vanilla USA campaign! In said campaign, you can use the help of eastereggs you can maybe find in the maps if you explore them well enough! There may be some bugs, but hey, USA Mission 3 has a completely new win-state in addition to the old one!
- Added tech building flags to the large nuclear reactor cooling tower buildings after discovering they provided power in their INI entries. If captured they provide 100 power.
- Also changed some string text for the Tech Chemical, and nuclear bunkers.
- Overhauled the Ivory Groundforce Partisan, now his rifle upgrade is a toggleable weapon switch like the USA Ranger, plus has new voice lines to reflect the weapon swapping ability.
- Added new building sabotage abilities to all Ivory Specter Doug Whites. Plus gave him IR goggles upgrade too.
- Added IR Goggles Upgrade to Ivory Specialforce Sniper, as well as a new vehicle pilot-sniping ability to said ivory specialforce sniper.
- Fixed Ivory Groundforce Predator Tank Stealth Upgrade, now properly replaces the gold-skin models with green-skin models, and updates the Warfactory's commandset to reflect the new stealth predator tank upgrade.
- Changed the Ivory Specialforce Powerplant Upgrade to an ReplaceObjectUpgrade, and added an new Advanced Powerplant Building entry the windmill transforms into.
- Changed the Ivory Specters Starting forces; you now have command of four Footmen straight from the Alpha of the game, as well as five predator tanks.
- Added disclaimer text to the command cube transform buttons to note of you to move your starting forces away from the cube, as well as the bugged rallypoint functionality.
- Maybe fixed or altered the Vanila USA, China, and GLA faction skirmish AI a bit
- Fixed up and improved the 3-player maps of Flash Effect and Cairo Commandos.
- Edited Yuri's Plot, now theres bridges to connect to the middle island to get to the tech goodies.
- Altered the locomotor values of the Ivory Airforce Rocketeer so he handles differently, plus added a new movement sound loop for him.
- Edited the China and Ivory Helixs locomotors.
- Added new building to the Ivory Groundforce; The Radar Station. The ivory Groundforce Strategy Center now requires warfactories AND radar stations to be built as a prerequisite. Radar Station building provides map radar like old C&C games as a dedicated radar building. You can use Spydrones and Spysat Scans from it, as well as garrison 6 infantry inside, effectively making it a bunker.
- Added Spy sat scanning and Spydrone deployment to the Ivory Specialforce Radar van, no longer is Spysat Scan ability and the Spy drone an Ivory Airforce Exclusive GP and ability.
- Added new selection sounds to tech buildings, and Ivory Airforce Helipad and Drone Nexus
- Fixed up the voice lines of the Ivory Airforce Hover MLRS, as well as added new lines, same goes with the Ivory Specter (and in-turn GLA) Stingersoldiers.
- All faction Engineers can detect mines and explosives and defuse them accordingly. Ivory Specialforce Engineers can now build advanced demo traps.
- Added visible radii to the Ivory Groundforce Speaker Towers and Attack Troop Transports.
- Removed Hoarding Effect from the Ivory Groundforce Attack Troop Transport cuz it messes with the speaker tower radius indicator.
- Added visible heal radii to Ivory Airforce Maintenance Drones, and Ivory Groundforce MRT Drones.
- Added New unused upgrades; Weapons Grade Uranium Shells, and Fusion Reactor Engines for tanks. Ivory Groundforce-exclusive upgrades.
- Added WG Shells upgrade to Ivory Groundforce Firebase
- Made it so Infantry no longer die in an Ivory Groundforce Firebase when the building gets destroyed with them still in it.
- Added Composite Armor Upgrades to Ivory Groundforce Firebases, Radar Stations, and Laser Turrets.
- Changed Ivory Specialforce Stinger Site so it's stinger soldiers fire EMP Patriot rockets to help deter vehicles better and changed the site's Stinger soldier's commandsets to only have a stop button.
- Changed the Ivory Groundforce Dozer and Groundforce Supply Truck Voice Lines
- Added new "Supplies depleted" lines for Ivory Specialforce Slaves
- Added new song to the Ivory Specter skirmish tracks.
- Changed Ivory Specter Victory and Defeat music tracks.
- Added new Special FX object that simulates (when "destroyed") something teleporting into the world. Found in the SYSTEM section of the Ivory Specters in World Builder.
- Added new vehicle to the Ivory Groundforce roster to round it up to 8 vehicles, the Scorpion Tank. It uses the Alpha 98 scorpion model, and can fire missiles as well as it's shells.
- Changed some cameos of some units, gave a new cameo to all faction engineers.
- Added new Ivory Specter Infantry fire screams, they use the classic C&C screams from ol' C&C 95/Remaster.
- Made the groundforce Ivory Specialforce Mobber partisan use his shotgun instead of the upgrade rifle.
- Added Ivory Footmen into the Ivory Specialforce Mob to replace the UN Soldiers.
- Something else here i forgot in this exhaustive list of changes.

Oh and if you see the following maps in the game's Official Maps section, they're new, some edited from other maps i found online, some edits to some official maps, some completely made from scratch, some made that were modified from the Alpha 98 files, or from inspiration from another C&C skirmish map and they are the following:

BTW, Those maps will ONLY WORK with THIS MOD, so it's INCOMPATIBLE with base Zero Hour.
TO DO:
- Alter Ivory Airforce Humvee, Avenger, and Warlock Tank's textures to look the Alpha gold skin. Same for the Ivory Sentry Drone and Hover Transport to keep alpha aesthetics in the units.
- Do the same above for the Ivory MiG and Helix.
- Use Alpha 98 Aurora bomber model as a replacement to the Aurora Alpha model for the Ivory Airforce.
- Use Alpha 98 US Dozer Model as a replacement for the Ivory Airforce Dozer to prevent confusion with allies whom are the USA and are of a same white color.
- Use Alpha 98 Scout Drone model for the scout drones of the Ivory Airforce.
- Make Gold Skin for the Ivory Point Defense Drone and Stinger Drones.
- Add visible Heal Radii to all speaker tower derivatives and ambulances
- Continue making edits and fixes to the other skirmish AI's so they can use tech paradrops and send more units after you.
- Add more custom skirmish maps.
- Continue work overhauling vanilla skirmish maps
