The design is from the concept arts, I recognised immediately!
Old beta airfield, actually i liked the original airfield from generals then this one, becouse of setup, but non less nicely done! Maybe some more detail would make it more compleat, as the runway like it been cut at the end ;)

Wait, I thought fix-wing (normal) aircrafts can't be done in CnC3, only VTOLs :S This structure should have airpads instead of runways me thinks.
