Парни,ПОЖАЛУЙСТА ПРОЧТИТЕ ЭТОТ КОММЕНТАРИЙ. Чтобы установить шейдеры,вы должны поместить все файлы в папку data,или же directX. Вроде даже распаковывать не нужно
I can't figure out how to apply this to steam, any help would be welcome, and steam edition doesn't appear to have any sort of .exe files, how do I change or fix that?

It won't work for me. I put it in the folder with the .exe but it won't load the mod.
