ENG:
guys,PLEASE READ THIS COMMENT. To download shaders, you need to put all files in the data folder,or directX. It seems like you dont even need to unpack

I can't figure out how to apply this to steam, any help would be welcome, and steam edition doesn't appear to have any sort of .exe files, how do I change or fix that?

It won't work for me. I put it in the folder with the .exe but it won't load the mod.
