Nautical Ninjas are looking for talented voice actors to help bring the characters of Car-poral Keys to life.
Car-poral Keys is a zany Half-Life 2 mod following the story of the protagonist, Jim, through his journey to find his stolen car keys. The insidious Jim's Neighbour attempts to stop him at every corner through his army of mini sidekicks. Traveling through the labyrinth of unnecessary dimensions in his basement, Jim's journey involves solving puzzles, talking to strange characters and shooting other strange characters.
No experience is required, all that is needed is a good quality microphone, your voice and the ability to record lines in less than a year.
The characters available are:
- The Haemogoblin: A monstrosity of a creature, a giant red blood cell with the face of a demon.
- The Screaming Fan: A man who just can't get enough of Jim and needs to jump all over him.
- The Fedora: a felt hat with a wide brim and indented crown. The typical crown height is 4.5 inches (11 cm). Only this one jumps at your head, reducing Jim to 1 health.
- Donald McRonald: Jim's Neighbour's secretary and wife. Like Ronald McDonald except more sociopathic.
- The Gorilla: A anthropomorphic gorilla that wears a 'Vote 1 Trump' cap and shoots at Jim with a super soaker.
