What roleplay server is this used in?
No, it was comissioned to use in a roleplay server, but it will work on any server.
Wait what does it do on servers i'm not honestly sure what it does but the models are showing that its like a retexture
What is does is changes the look of certain units for you on the Napoleonic Wars DLC. This works on any server, as Romana said previously, but only you or another person with this modification will be able to see the changes, the others will see the regular skin.
